3 spots remaining for the Writing Retreat – April 1-3, 2020

If you are interested and have money in your 2019 budget, but aren’t sure yet about 2020, SFDN can send you an invoice before the holidays!

The SFDN Board is thrilled to invite you to a writing retreat from April 1-3, 2020 in a very special and inspiring location – the WhitePod Eco-luxury Hotel in Monthey in Valais.

The writing retreat will be lead by Mrs. Anna Kortemeyer and it is intended for all levels of academic writers.  The hotel accommodations, the “pods”, are accessible only by foot ensuring a tranquil atmosphere free from the distractions of daily life.  Pre-retreat materials will be sent to participants in order to ensure the highest level of productivity during the on-site retreat.

SFDN will take care of the writing retreat fees and participants will have to pay for accommodation at a special rate of 690CHF.  This rate includes the shared pod accommodation (you can reserve with a colleague) for 2 nights and meals, and it will be paid directly to the hotel. There is now a possibility to have a single occupancy rate if you do not wish to share accommodation – the rate is 990 CHF.

Reserve your place now by email to our General Secretary Rachel Plews.  The retreat is limited to 10 participants (only 3 spots are left!), and registrations will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
