Job position at Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne: Head of Faculty Development in the Innovation Learning and Research Department. Activity rate 100%

Mission of the department and sector:

Assists the ED with the management of administrative activities in the areas of faculty development and innovation in teaching. Provides leadership in the academic quality that ensures that the education in the institution is progressive and supports the activities of research and teaching.

Mission of the position:

Leadership for faculty professional development in pedagogy, teaching and learning best practices. The members of the department will work closely with faculty, community of practices, institute directors, and deanship to facilitate initiatives supporting strategic institutional goals.

Ariane

Ariane Dumont has developped the Center for Teaching and Learning at Yverdon Western University of Applied Sciences, she is the Academic Director of the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Higher Education at the western Switzerland University of Applied Sciences HES-SO. She is serving as President of SFDN since 2017. She is a Council Member at ICED International COnsortium for Educational Development, as the representative of switzerland.
