I am an American living in Zurich for over 10 years now. I have been running science teaching courses for scientists nearly that entire time and have studied this work as a PhD student, finishing in spring 2023. I am developing a "Teaching Hub" for the UZH faculty of science as a step towards discipline-specific educational development support here. I would be very interested in ideas to track hub and individual instructor change over time. Please be in touch if you have any experience here.
