Social event / Workshop / 2022 General Assembly

We are very excited to announce our first in-person event since 2019! To make the most of it, we have planned an overnight at the Les Roches campus in Crans Montana on June 9 -10. We will start with a social evening and dinner on Thursday June 9^th. On Friday 10^th we will continue with a workshop on HEA fellowships in the morning and then a HyFlex General Assembly after lunch. The cost for those attending in person (covering 3 meals and accommodation) is 140 CHF.

Please note: The AG is the only part for which remote attendance is possible and it is (of course) free!

Ruth Puhr

Originally from Ireland, I have been living and working in Switzerland for over 20 years, the last 17 of which have been at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education. Initially a member of faculty, I became a Faculty Development Advisor in 2018 and am now Head of Quality Assurance and Academic Development. I hold an EdD from University College London and my academic background is interdisciplinary with an MA in Ethnomusicology and MSc in Information Technology. As a faculty developer, I advocate for innovative approaches rooted in human connections and believe in the ultimate power of curiosity. My research interests include professional identity, the role of higher education in society and competency-informed practice.
