Course quality evaluation process

Course quality evaluation process

One of the tasks that many of us do in our daily job is the coordination and organisation of surveys to collect the student satisfaction on the courses. This (among other processes) is useful to have a follow-up on the quality of education.

After some discussions with our community we have realised that there are different practices, different softwares used, all of them with their pros and cons. Nowadays, with AI, some of us are looking into alternatives trying to figure out a good process which would allow a meaningful loop to provide feedback to teachers and institutions to improve their courses.

For that reason we are planning an online meeting to share practices and have a discussion on the different processes and softwares that we have in place.

4 institutions so far (St.Gallen; UniGe; SUPSI and EPFL) have volunteered to present their experiences. If you want to participate, please register here:

Looking forward to our exchange!
